Welcome to the Nav Channel. The home of media for the navigation world.

The Nav Channel is an online media resource produced by the Royal Institute of Navigation in association with iPER Media. The site gives users free access to audio media presentations from a host of RIN and navigation events. Its also the home of the NavCast, the first Royal Institute of Navigation podcast; also available through iTunes®.

Members and affiliates of the R.I.N. can utilise the Nav Channel to speak to an international audience through the R.I.N. special interest groups.

Whether you are a student of geography, an amateur aviator, a maritime engineer or a rocket scientist, we hope that the Nav Channel has something to offer everyone.

To listen to the media presentations, click on one of the categories and browse the Program Guide. Click on the play button to listen to the presentation or right mouse click and select 'Save Target as' to save the mp3 to your desktop. If you're having any trouble CLICK HERE to learn more.
