Richard Peckham
Richard holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a MA in 
Business Management; is a Chartered Engineer and member of the 
Institute of Engineering and Technology, and also a fellow of the Royal 
Institute of Navigation.
Richard has worked in the defence and aerospace sector since 
graduating in 1976, later specialising in navigation and air traffic 
management at senior management level, then moving into the space 
sector in 2000, leading navigation business development across 
Astrium’s divisions in Germany, France and UK.
Richard now works as Director of Business Development for EADS 
Astrium UK, and is Vice Chairman of UKspace (the trade association 
for the space industry) and Chairman of the UKspace Satellite 
Navigation Committee.  He is based in Portsmouth, UK.
