Nigel Wall
Nigel is an independent consultant specialising in Intelligent Transport 
Systems. His background is in delivering innovation, initially as a 
telecommunications engineer, but now using telecoms in conjunction 
with location technology. He spends a considerable amount of time as 
a Technology Translator for the Location & Timing Knowledge Transfer 
Network, on whose behalf he will speak today. Nigel is a Fellow of the 
Royal Institute of Navigation, a member of the Institution of 
Engineering and Technology and a Charted Engineer.
