Colin Beatty 
Colin, who has nearly 40 years experience in satellite navigation, runs 
an SME, CBi Ltd that specialises in the applications of GNSS to the 
broadest spectrum of users and in the provision of GNSS simulator 
test equipment to ensure that equipment works and can be certified 
as fit for purpose.  He acted as Location Technology Consultant to 
Hutchison 3G during their start up phase and has since taken a very 
active interest in Location Based Services. He is a member of the 
Location &Timing  KTN Steering committee and a past Vice President 
of the RIN, where he is a Fellow.
