Tim Just
Tim Just is the GNSS development manager and UK coordinator for 
the Thales Galileo Program office, a multi-domestic and multi-divisional 
  organisation that leads Thales’s activity in the Galileo GNSS 
Program. His work has been focussed on the commercial exploitation 
of Galileo and the concession process.
Tim also fulfils a broader coordination role of Space activity in the UK 
and is the Thales representative at the main committee of 
UKSpace.  He is currently engaged within the UK with the current 
Space Alliance with Finmeccanica including the former Alcactel Alenia 
Space (Now Thales Alenia Space) and Telespazio.  
Tim has been with Thales for 10 years, from a background in the 
maritime surveying and leisure sectors as a pioneer of introducing GPS 
to broader markets.  He was also heavily involved in the successful 
commercial exploitation of GPS services in the offshore sector. Within 
Thales Time has held a number of Management roles, relating to 
Satellite Navigation applications.  From Global Marketing Manager for 
positing in Thales GeoSolutions (including the SkyFix and LandStar 
services) to Thales Positioning, a technology Transfer and consultancy 
office supporting Telematics, security and location based business 
development with the Thales Group.
